Delete Your Account
Request deletion of your CrewsControl account and the data associated with it. You don't need the app installed to submit this request.
Enter the Employee Number you use to sign in to CrewsControl (this is your account ID). When you click the button below, it opens an email to us in your own email app, pre-filled with your employee number — just hit send. We'll verify the request and delete your account within 30 days, then reply to confirm.
What we delete: your account record on our servers.
What we keep: your email address, employee number, and subscription/purchase history from RevenueCat. We're required to retain this for billing, tax, and legal purposes even after account deletion.
What you need to do yourself: your schedules, trip data, airport notes, and other app content are stored locally on your device, not on our servers. Deleting your account does not remove this data — you'll need to delete or uninstall the CrewsControl app from your device to remove it.
